Amazfit Balance 3 monitor your load and offer AMOLED with excellent brightness. They even got a flashlight Home News Amazfit introduced the Balance 3 sports watch with a 1.5″ AMOLED display and brightness up to 3,000 nits The new model combines BioCharge, LifeLoad, and Training Load metrics into a single HybridCharge system in the Zepp app Compared to the Balance 2 model, it offers double the storage at 64GB and a body made of stainless steel or titanium Sdílejte: Adam Kurfürst Published: 5. 6. 2026 02:30 Advertisement Training is no longer just about one discipline. Many people combine running, gym, regeneration, and work under pressure during the week, but then they find it difficult to know when to push harder and when to ease off. This is precisely the situation new Amazfit Balance 3 watches, which the company introduced on Wednesday at an event in New York, aim to address. They are designed to turn measured data into an understandable plan, not just another pile of numbers. HybridCharge combines three perspectives on your fitness Brighter display and twice the space for maps Navigation that manages the route itself HYROX, health, and connectivity Who Balance 3 makes sense for HybridCharge combines three perspectives on your fitness The biggest leap compared to its predecessor is not in hardware, but in software. Balance 2 tracked body energy via the BioCharge indicator. Balance 3 adds LifeLoad, which accounts for daily stress and the burden of everyday life, and Training Load, describing exertion from training. The watch then combines all three layers into a single capacity overview in the Zepp app, which is designed to suggest when there’s room to push harder and when to allow for rest. Amazfit has branded the entire system as HybridCharge. It is complemented by Weekly Focus and Training Balance features, which show whether your training is balanced between strength, endurance, and recovery, or if you are neglecting one of these components. In the gym, the watch automatically recognizes 25 strength exercises, so you don’t have to manually log each set. Brighter display and twice the space for maps The diagonal and panel remain the same, i.e., a 1.5″ AMOLED protected by sapphire glass. However, the maximum brightness has changed, which Amazfit increased from 2,000 nits on Balance 2 to 3,000 nits. You’ll notice the readability improvement especially outdoors in direct sunlight, where the Balance 2 sometimes struggled. The second tangible difference is in memory. Internal storage has grown from 32 GB to 64 GB, so significantly more offline maps and music can fit on your wrist, and you can leave your phone at home for longer workouts. There’s also a shift in construction: while Balance 2 had an aluminum frame, the basic Balance 3 is built on stainless steel, and a titanium version (Grade 5) will arrive later. The stainless steel model weighs 62g, the lighter titanium one 55g. The case measures 51.4 mm and is controlled by four buttons instead of the predecessor’s two. Water resistance of 10 ATM remains unchanged. Navigation that manages the route itself The watch uses dual-band GPS with six satellite systems and offline maps, which Balance has long relied on. However, Balance 3 takes navigation further. If you stray from the route, it will automatically recalculate a new path based on your current location and destination. A route planning function has also been added, where you enter a target distance and direction, and the watch will suggest a loop including terrain incline analysis. Map rendering is said to be 2.5 times more efficient and refresh 12 times faster, addressing one of the criticisms of the Balance 2. Amazfit Balance 3 monitor your load and offer AMOLED with excellent brightness. They even got a flashlight Adam Kurfürst News Adam Kurfürst News For training in the dark, Amazfit has added a built-in flashlight with white and red light, a Safety Light mode for better visibility, and emergency Boost and SOS modes. HYROX, health, and connectivity Amazfit remains an official partner of the HYROX race series, so Balance 3 offers training plans, race simulations, a Virtual Pace function, and performance analysis after completion. Health sensors measure heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen saturation, sleep, stress, respiratory rate, and now also skin temperature. Also included are Bluetooth calling, Zepp Flow 2.0 voice control, voice notes, and contactless payments via Zepp Pay with NFC, where up to eight cards can be uploaded. Who Balance 3 makes sense for Balance 3 targets hybrid and HYROX athletes and runners who will appreciate the bright display in sunlight and a large supply of offline maps without needing to carry a phone. It’s appealing that the main intelligence is handled by the free Zepp app, so you don’t pay a monthly subscription for essential features. While competitors like Garmin also offer BioCharge, LifeLoad, and Training Load metrics in some form, the value of Balance 3 lies more in their integration into a single overview. However, compromises exist. Battery life has not changed; like Balance 2, the watch can handle approximately 21 days of typical use and 7 days with the always-on display. The display resolution also remains the same, and the Zepp OS operating system continues to offer only a limited range of third-party applications. If you already own Balance 2, an upgrade makes sense mainly for the brighter display, double the storage, and the new training system; otherwise, it’s a partial improvement. Availability in the Czech Republic remains open: the model has not yet appeared on the official e-shop, and Amazfit has not confirmed the local price or date. In the UK, it will cost 369 pounds, which is about 10,300 CZK. Are you tempted by the new Amazfit Balance 3, or will you stick with your current watch?
