Anyone looking for a sports watch that lasts weeks without a charger and isn’t afraid of diving underwater should pay attention. The Amazfit Balance Ultra is the brand’s most feature-rich watch to date – boasting a titanium body, sapphire glass, and up to 30 days of battery life on a single charge. They were introduced alongside the cheaper Balance 3 model, and according to the Czech representation, both new products will soon be available for sale in our country.

Amazfit Balance Ultra relies on titanium and sapphire

The case is made of grade 5 titanium and is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire glass. The approximately 52-millimeter body weighs 57 grams without the strap and can withstand dives up to 10 ATM, making it suitable for recreational scuba diving. The display is dominated by a 1.5-inch AMOLED with a resolution of 480 × 480 pixels and brightness up to 3,000 nits, which should ensure excellent readability even in direct sunlight.

Up to 30 days of battery life and hundreds of sports modes

The main draw is battery life. According to Amazfit, the 780 mAh battery is designed to last up to 30 days with typical use, about ten days with the always-on display, and around fifty hours with GPS enabled. These are manufacturer’s figures, so consider them more as an upper limit than a guarantee.

Health monitoring is handled by the BioTracker 6.0 sensor, which continuously measures heart rate, blood oxygen, stress, and skin temperature. The watch offers over 180 sports modes, including a diving mode, along with dual-band GPS with six satellite systems, 64GB of storage for music and maps, and contactless payments via Zepp Pay. The built-in microphone and speaker can handle calls and voice assistant directly from the wrist.

Price and availability in the Czech Republic

In the United States, the Amazfit Balance Ultra costs $599.99, which is approximately 12,500 CZK without tax, and will go on sale there by the end of June. The cheaper Balance 3 starts at $369 and differs from its more expensive sibling primarily in its more modest body and shorter battery life.

However, availability in the Czech Republic is more important for us. The official Amazfit distributor for our market, the e-shop Amazfit.cz, reports that both Balance Ultra and Balance 3 will be “coming soon”. Specific Czech prices or the exact launch date have not yet been confirmed by anyone.
