Drivers from the premium Sony WH-1000XM6, but in a headset for evening gaming with friends. This combination is offered by the INZONE H9 II, which is now available on Alza in white for 4,990 CZK. In addition to wireless connectivity, it offers a detachable microphone and active ambient noise cancellation.

Quick summary:
✅ Makes sense for: PC and PlayStation gamers who want lightweight wireless headphones and clear voice communication during team play.
⚠️ Consider: According to RTINGS’ test, ANC is less effective at dampening deeper and mid-range sounds. Therefore, it won’t perfectly cut you off from ambient noise.
💡 The white variant is in stock for 4,990 CZK without a discount code. This offer applies to the second generation H9 II.

WH-1000XM6 drivers, gaming features

Sony uses drivers from its flagship WH-1000XM6 over-ear headphones in the H9 II. A wireless receiver serves for connection to a computer or PlayStation, and Bluetooth for a phone is also present. If you want to use a cable, an analog connection via a headphone jack is available. The microphone can be detached, so it doesn’t have to remain in front of your face when just listening to music. This gives the headphones use beyond team gaming.

Microphone scored particularly well in the test

The RTINGS editorial team, when testing the INZONE H9 II, praised its comfortable, lightweight design and very good separation of voice from ambient noise by the microphone. This can be practical when playing in a room where someone else is talking. The ANC for the listener themselves was less convincing: according to the editorial team’s measurements, it struggles more with low and mid frequencies. Thus, the headset has a strong argument for voice communication, but not automatically top-tier noise cancellation for everything around you.

Low weight for longer evenings

The headphones themselves weigh 260 g according to Sony, but without the microphone attached. The manufacturer states a battery life of up to 30 hours; actual time depends on settings and usage. Charging is done via USB-C, and a carrying case is also included in the package.

Headphone settings can be adjusted in the app. For 4,990 CZK, the white H9 II is an interesting choice for both a gaming PC and PlayStation 5, especially if you regularly communicate with your team during games. Additionally, you can use Bluetooth with your phone, so the headset doesn’t have to stay just on the desk next to the monitor.

What’s more important to you in a gaming headset: comfort, microphone, or noise cancellation?
