Xiaomi brought a blender with great features to the Czech Republic. It's not smart, but it still has surprises in store.

Xiaomi is known primarily for smart home products that can be controlled by mobile and connected with voice assistants. However, the new Xiaomi Blender Pro does not fall into this category – it does not support the Xiaomi Home app or Wi-Fi connectivity. Nevertheless, it is an interesting kitchen appliance that can do surprisingly much. It is now available on our market for 2,099 CZK.

Six Programs for Hot and Cold Beverages

The Xiaomi Blender Pro is not just an ordinary smoothie blender. Thanks to its 800W heating, it can also prepare hot dishes, making it a versatile kitchen helper. Users can choose from six preset programs: smoothie, soup, juice, soy milk, rice porridge, and milkshake. Switching between them is handled by a touch panel with an LED display, which shows the selected mode and remaining time.

The container made of durable borosilicate glass holds up to 1.75 liters of cold beverages, or 1.4 liters of hot ones. This corresponds to approximately 7–8 servings of 200 ml each. The blending of ingredients is handled by six stainless steel blades combined with four internal baffles, which create a vortex effect for a finer consistency without the need for straining.

Self-Cleaning and Sterilization with One Button

An interesting feature is automatic cleaning, which the blender offers in two modes. High-speed rinse cleaning handles common dirt, while the sterilization mode combines rinsing with high-temperature drying. Xiaomi states that this process eliminates up to 99.99% of bacteria.

Cleaning is also made easier by the ceramic coating of the heating plate, which prevents food residues from sticking, even during longer cooking. Furthermore, individual components, including the lid and container, can be removed and washed separately.

Timer and Temperature Maintenance

For those who don’t have time to prepare breakfast in the morning, Xiaomi has added a 12-hour timer. Simply fill the container with ingredients in the evening and set the time – in the morning, your drink or porridge will be ready. After the program is completed, the blender automatically switches to temperature maintenance mode, which lasts up to 12 hours.

In terms of safety, Xiaomi has implemented six protective functions: overflow protection, magnetic lid lock, motor overheat protection, proper container placement detection, dry-run protection, and automatic shutdown in case of tipping.
