One of the last one-handed flagships. Galaxy S26 now costs only 16 thousand

Small flagships are becoming rarer on the market, and the Galaxy S26 is one of the last that can be comfortably operated with one hand. With code ALZADNY20, it now costs 19,192 CZK instead of 23,990 CZK – and with a trade-in bonus for an old phone, it’s even 16,692 CZK. This is a very decent price for this year’s Samsung flagship.

Larger battery and a display praised by reviewers

The main change in this year’s generation is the battery, which has grown to 4,300 mAh. In tests, the phone lasted almost 28 hours when playing video at half brightness – this is a battery life with which a compact phone will comfortably last you all day and a bit more.

The 6.3″ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 2340 × 1080 resolution and 120 Hz is highlighted by editors as one of the phone’s main advantages: it is very bright, uniform, and color-accurate. The body is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2, it has IP68 rating, and Wi-Fi 7 is also present.

Inside operates the Exynos 2600, Samsung’s first two-nanometer chip. In Geekbench 6, it achieves approximately 3000 single-core points and 11,000 multi-core points; the gap between Exynos and Snapdragon is significantly smaller this year than in the past – in everyday use, the phone is snappy and fast. The Xclipse 960 graphics add up to a fifty percent improvement in ray tracing.

Where reviewers deduct points

Samsung’s small flagships have changed little for the third year in a row. The cameras have remained practically unchanged – 50Mpx main, 12Mpx wide-angle, and 10Mpx telephoto lens – and improvements are noticeable, according to reviewers, only upon detailed examination of night shots.

The second criticism is directed at the 25 W charging, which is slow by today’s standards (15 W wirelessly). On the other hand, you get complete Galaxy AI – all the features of the flagship Ultra are here too – and seven years of major updates.
