Quiet vertical mouse from Alza costs only 309 CZK. It switches between a laptop and a computer

Work laptop in the morning, home computer in the evening. If you switch one mouse between them, the option to switch connections without re-plugging the USB receiver comes in handy. The black Eternico M402 Vertical Wireless supports two Bluetooth connections and, in addition to them, its own wireless receiver. It now costs 309 CZK on Alza, so you don’t have to spend a thousand to try out the vertical shape.

Bluetooth for laptop, receiver for desktop PC

With a Bluetooth-enabled laptop, you can leave the USB port free. For a desktop computer, the included 2.4GHz receiver is sufficient. Additionally, two Bluetooth profiles are available, so you can have two computers ready with this connection and switch the mouse between them.

In total, the manufacturer accounts for up to four devices: two via Bluetooth, one via receiver, and a fourth when connected via USB cable. The mouse has a panel with LED indicators, from which you can tell the selected mode and battery status.

The mouse works with Windows, macOS, and Linux. At home, you don’t need to have the same system on both computers to use the same accessories for them.

Rechargeable battery and quieter clicking

The main left and right buttons are quiet. This is useful when working next to a colleague or in the evening at a shared table. In total, the M402 has six buttons, and sensitivity can be switched between 800, 1,200, 1,600, and 2,400 DPI, depending on how fast cursor movement suits you.

Inside is an integrated battery with a capacity of 700 mAh, so instead of buying replacement batteries, you connect a charging cable. A one-meter cable and a USB-A to USB-C adapter are included in the package. The mouse automatically goes to sleep when idle.
