Samsung is reportedly preparing the One UI 9.5 beta. It could launch as early as early November Home News Samsung Members received a newly designed One UI beta program banner According to SamMobile, the public One UI 9.5 beta could start as early as the first week of November Samsung has not yet confirmed any date; this is an estimate based on the current pace of development Sdílejte: Adam Kurfürst Published: 25. 10. 2026 15:30 Advertisement Samsung owners haven’t even had enough time to fully enjoy One UI 9, and another version is already on the horizon. According to SamMobile, Samsung is reportedly preparing to launch the public One UI 9.5 beta and could do so several weeks earlier than last year. A small detail in the Samsung Members app suggests this. Samsung Members shows new beta banner The Samsung Members app is used, among other things, to sign up for One UI beta programs. At the bottom of its home screen, there’s a banner inviting users to participate in the beta, and according to SamMobile, it has now received a new design. A user on X network pointed out the change. While the banner itself doesn’t reveal anything further, SamMobile suggests it indicates that another beta program is just around the corner. This is not the first hint. As early as the beginning of October, Samsung officially mentioned One UI 9.5 for the first time in the change description of an app in the Galaxy Store. What the new version of the overlay will bring, we have already partially seen – an August leak showed design changes, and another revealed custom widgets. One UI 9.5 development is faster than last year Why might the beta arrive sooner? Samsung started internally testing One UI 9.5 significantly earlier than last year’s One UI 8.5. The first test versions of One UI 8.5 for the Galaxy S25 series appeared on Samsung’s servers in mid-September 2025. One UI 9.5 firmware for the Galaxy S26 was revealed as early as August 10, 2026, roughly five weeks earlier. Furthermore, according to Gizmochina, internal testing has since expanded to over a dozen phones. Last year’s One UI 8.5 beta launched on December 8. If the gap between the first internal versions and the public beta remained similar, the public One UI 9.5 beta could start as early as the first week of November. This would also align with speculation about an earlier introduction of the Galaxy S27 series. Galaxy S26 will likely be next in line Samsung always releases the beta first to its current flagships, so the Galaxy S26 series should be the first to receive it. Last year, the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 foldables also joined the One UI 8.5 testing. Whether this year’s foldable models will join from the start is not yet clear. Similarly, the exact date will only be certain after Samsung’s official announcement. Would you sign up for the One UI 9.5 beta, or wait for the stable version?
